Abstract

The article describes the process of ensuring personal development, provided that the processes of cultural values acceptance and also emancipation from them happen simultaneously and consistently, the latter process having under certain imbalances negative consequences for personality formation. It is shown that the degree of expansion of the context of personal experience comprehension as "going beyond" the perception of the world order, human relations, the individual variability is reflected in the "construction" of different types of personal projects.
