Abstract
It is argued that in the scientific and educational space of Ukraine, the electronic journal system Open Journal Systems is commonly used for the purpose of developing the scientific and educational space of higher educational institutions as a means of training the future scientists, as a cloud-based service to support the collection of professional publications and for the purpose of publicizing, disseminating and monitoring results of scientific researches.
