Abstract
The paper considers the theme of designing the future for people with complex physical illness. Important in the work with emotional and cognitive disorders, which occur in severe somatic diseases, acquire discursive: verbal, written practices. The change of identity is considered as a "dialogue" with the circumstances in which a person functions.
