Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological analysis of the basic scientific approaches to the design of communicative socio-psychological technologies in order to solving conflict situations in the educational environment. The criteria of classification of socio-psychological technologies in the educational environment, which according to the totality of social actions are divided into focused, stabilizing, adaptive and integrative and by the level of their realization on meta-, macro-, meso- and micro-technology. The specifics of socio-psychological and pedagogical technologies in the process of inter-entity communicative interaction in the field of education are determined.
