Abstract
The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological analysis of the basic scientific approaches to the design of social and psychological technologies in order to minimize the manifestations of polarization in the space of education. The basic characteristics of socio-psychological technology are explained: clarity, flexibility, reliability, efficiency, innovation, polarity, convenience, attractiveness of its result, harmony, humanism, efficiency. The criteria of classification of socio-psychological technologies in the educational environment, which according to the totality of social actions are divided into focused, stabilizing, adaptive and integrative and by the level of their realization on meta-, macro-, meso- and micro-technology. The specifics of socio-psychological and pedagogical technologies of inter-entity communicative interaction in educational environment are determined.
