Abstract
The article reflects the influence of the information society on the formation of professional intentions of students. At the same time, it is important to take into account the motives that guide young people in choosing a profession. It is noted that it is necessary to ensure the conditions under which the motivation for the emergence of a professional intention does not contradict the basic moral principles. It is proposed to continue research into the state of formation of the information culture of modern Ukrainian youth and the means of promoting this process.
