Abstract

It is a conceptual article. This article presents the need for vocational skills relevant for business managers, country managers, functional managers and central levels managers. The global market forces the emergence of a new type of enterprise – transnational corporations. Preparing students organization and management studies for the roles in the transnational corporations seems to be an important and serious challenge of education.
