Abstract
The article deals with and describes the general theoretical foundations of the organization of extracurricular educational work and its importance in the formation of the personality of the junior schoolchild. The performance of these tasks is directly connected with the process of involving students into work. The educational environment is part of the social environment, which is specially created for the formation of subjects of social activity at all levels of social life. The effectiveness of the solution to this problem depends on the state and improvement of labor education under close communication of adults and children in the educational institutions of the country. Education of children is one of the important factors in the development of society; it should achieve two goals: success of socialization of younger generations in modern conditions and self-development of a person as a subject of activity and as a personality. Out-of-class work forms and develops the personality of the child. Managing the educational process means not only developing and perfecting the nature of children, correcting unwanted social deviations, which are foreseen in their behavior and consciousness, but informing them of the need for constant self-development, self-realization of physical and spiritual forces, for each person educates himself first of all by him(her)self.
