Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of the personal aspect of professional self-determination of an individual. Its purpose is to describe the regularities of the course of this process. The laws of professional selfdetermination of a person are defined as stable, repetitive, objectively existing links in the interaction of subjects of vocational guidance. The most important regularities are: a connection between the formation process and social needs and conditions; accounting for the effects of various factors; ensuring the impact on the inner world of a person, his spirituality, the formation of his thoughts, views, beliefs, value orientations, emotional sphere; coordination and adjustment, creation of conditions for relevant activities. These regularities determine the personal aspect of the professional self-determination of the individual, and their practical realization forms the psychological readiness of the individual to implement it. With the purpose of applying the above-mentioned regularities in the practice of vocational guidance of the individual. It is suggested that the personality-oriented paradigm of the educational process should be introduced into the education system.
