Abstract
The article is devoted to organization of socio-educational support in educational institution. Based on the definition of socio-pedagogical support of teenagers with difficulties of social interaction, the author proposes the algorithm how to organize this work. It is a comprehensive approach in working with adolescents, their parents and teachers. There are four main stages of organization support: diagnostic, prognostic, organizational, and communicative, evaluative. The major forms include individual talks and consultations, mediation, social projects, trainings, lectures and methodological seminars. The expected social effect from the socio-pedagogical support will be displayed as constructive communication, group socially significant activities, teens’ involvement in an open education space for casual social interaction inside the system “school – family – social environment”.
