Abstract
In the teaching-methodical complex of the special course the practical methods of optimizing the social psychological climate in small groups of the educational environment are presented. The complex is developed taking into account modern theoretical knowledge and practical achievements of social psychology. Particular attention is paid to the problems of group interaction, group conflicts, value-role phenomena, the development of group and personality in the group. Among the tasks of the special course are mastering of technologies and practical skills of working with groups: methods of action, art -therapeutic methods, role-playing games, methods for working with group dynamics, etc. The tasks which offered in the special course, in particular practical exercises, will help to increase the social psychological competence of practitioners in working with groups. It is intended for practical psychologists of the education system, teachers and educational system leaders, and all those who interested in problems of small groups and social psychological climate.
