Abstract

In the article the author reveals the essence of the concept of "public-public administration", its definition and scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists, which they consider the foundations of democratic forms of management education, including state and public administration department of education in general secondary towns of Ukraine. The author has drawn attention to the delegated tasks and functions of the departments of education of small cities - cities of regional subordination and towns.
