Abstract

In the article the author considers a person as the main character in a civil society, his system of values; draws attention to the features of the new stage of civilizational development, which fundamentally change the way of life and the character of human activity in each community, in the whole society; emphasizes the importance of education, in particular the general secondary, which is called upon to bring up "a man of new quality". To form a student as a person - a person worthy of trust, the author developed concepts and is presented in this article.
