Abstract

The article emphasizes on the importance and necessity of ecologization of the educational space during the ecological crisis. The author highlights the main scientific approaches in terms of understanding the essence of ecologization, its peculiarities in the educational process, as well as the role in the sustainable development of society. The concepts of “educational space”, “ecologically-oriented educational space” have been defined. Pedagogical conditions for creation of ecologically-oriented space of contemporary educational institution have been formulated and proved.
