Abstract
Thesis for Candidate’s Degree in pedagogical sciences in speciality 13.00.06 – Theory and Methods of educational management. – Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University at Cherkasy. – Cherkasy, 2015. Thesis is dedicated to the problem of an increase of the effectiveness of the government control over primary school. The analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and practice of educational management is realized to determine of essence and special features of the government control over primary school. Criteria to analyse the contemporary system of the government control over primary school in Ukraine are represented. The main disadvantages into the organization and the meaningful parts of government control, which decrease its effectiveness, were determined. It is substantiated the organizational and pedagogical conditions making it possible to improve the system of the government control over primary school, in particular, the model of the evaluation of its activity is developed.
