Abstract

The article is dedicated to the development and substantiation of structural and functional model of system of heads’ of structural units in communication enterprises professional competence development (on example of heads of sales and customer service departments of communication enterprises) as a graphical model which reflects goals, objectives, methodological approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, components of professional competence, pedagogical technology, performance criteria and evaluation of levels of development of professional competence.
