Abstract
The philosophical and educational principles of the New Ukrainian school are substantiated. The content, ideological, philosophical, technological dominant of the concept "New Ukrainian School" is determined. Competence training, content integration, childhood centering, interconnection of mental, activity and emotional spheres are detailed as general educational guidelines for the New Ukrainian School. Considered positive features of the character, included in the classification of "Values in Action", which are cross-cutting for all educational branches.
