Abstract
The article reveals the essence of integration processes in educational environment of the country in the late 80's of the XX century. The development, experience and attempts to combine vocational education systems with other educational units are analyzed. The author determines consequences of integration educational effects of the second half of the 80's, XX century, on further operation and functioning of vocational education in view of current needs of transformation of Ukraine’s skilled workers training industry and integration of this educational unit in the world educational environment. It is proved that integration of vocational and public education under the auspices of the newly created Ministry of Public Education of the USSR was an attempt to involve an educational sector in a number of the Soviet Union’s socio-economic reforms which under the slogans of "perestroika", "accelerating of socio-economic development", "democratization and publicity" intended to stop stagnation of the Soviet society. It is specified that integration of various education units completed mainly with integration of bodies of management systems. Changes in the vocational education system before and after its integration with the system of public education are researched. Regression and progression features in the content, structure and organization of a new vertical of vocational education management system and the nature of the resulting changes concerning operating conditions, advance dynamics and future prospects of management impact objects are analyzed. The author denotes the essence of mistakes, errors and negative trends in implementation of skilled workers training and concludes that they significantly.
