Abstract
The article gives thoughts about aesthetical-upbringing technologies which must be used at secondary school in out-of-lesson time. They are based on the idea of developing growth and personal progress of a teenager. Among many formulations given by scientists we accept I.Bech’s interpretation which concerns the idea of the realization of liberty, cowork, co-creation in the pedagogical process. Up-bringing technologies foreknow the forming of personal sense in schoolchild’s activity in corresponding with moral example. The determinate of a teacher must be the authority of a teacher’s person – the qualities, which teenagers may fix especially in the process of out-of lesson time’s activity. The article presents the criterias of artistic-aesthetical upbringing. They include substance group (presence of standard knowledges, skills and habits; erudition; personal-emotional group (the developing of the emotional sphere, the deepness of penetration in the aesthetical sense of the work of art); author’s group (individual activity, which displays at the searching and finding of his own word); humanitarian group (teenagers are drawn into mankind’s culture).
