Abstract

The program "Arts" for children with complex developmental defects (deaf and with reduced hearing with mental retardation) is aimed at raising the artistic culture of students and activating their creative activity on the basis of educational achievement (assimilation of elementary artistic and aesthetic knowledge and mastering graphic- practical skills and abilities) and corrective-developing (sensory, intellectual, emotional development) goals.Key words: fine arts, children with complex developmental defects (deaf and with reduced hearing with mental retardation), correctional and developmental goal.
