Abstract
The program of music for 6 - 8 classes of secondary schools for children with mental retardation developed according to the State Standard of complete secondary education and is based on the provisions of the Concept of the state standard of special education for children with special needs. The program takes into account national musical and pedagogical traditions and modern trends of music culture in Ukraine and abroad.It provides for the formation of students' key competencies, form the core of which is the subject students mastering competencies - regulations stipulated learning outcomes that cover the knowledge, skills, skills learned ways of manifestations of emotional and value attitudes.The main objective of the program "Art of Music" - to expand the artistic and aesthetic knowledge of students, musical experience and aesthetic ideology through accessible to children with CRA kinds of musical and aesthetic activity (listening, perception, singing, musical creativity, etc.).The program is based on the material, which in plot-program content, means of musical expression, scope, emotional saturation is accessible and understandable to students, and also includes the necessary corrective potency. The proposed program also takes into account modern requirements and approaches to the educational process, zahalnodydaktychnipryntsypy training. It is closely linked with the ideas of developmental education, are realized through the development of adequate emotional perception of music children with CRA in the inclusion of different types of aesthetic activity.
