Abstract

The article describes the content of the main competencies of the head of the NEC, in particular the professional attitude (culture) and its manifestations to each of the management functions defined in the basic standard of professional activity of the school principal; The role of factors that belong to different levels of management and which influence its activity, form its environment; The results of research of the levels of self-realization of innovative management potential in the conditions of public and public administration by the general educational institution are given.
