Abstract
The article is devoted management of the quality the professional activity of teacher as part the internal system of quality assurance in higher education. The experience of MHEI "Zhytomyr Nursing Institute" Zhytomyr Regional Council on the annual implementation the rating activity of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff in areas: teaching and methodical; scientific; educational; organizational. It is emphasized that approximations of medical education in the modern of the European educational standards, updating of administrative forms and methods of internal system ensuring quality of the higher education is impossible without application rating assessment activity of pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical employees of the highest medical educational institutions.
