Abstract
The article deals with the issue of using training technologies for development of professional competence of educators, specialists of social sphere on national-patriotic education of children and youth. The aim and structure of the program “With Ukraine in my heart” are presented. The expediency of thematical “rukhanky” (game-exercises) is substantiated as an important constituent of training on national-patriotic education. Game-exercises are proved to perform several functions, namely: decreasing the level of tension in the group, production of positive emotions, help in communication, creation of trustful atmosphere, better understanding between coach and participants, development of creativity, making the study process more effective etc. Classification of “rukhanky” is presented: exercises on activation and cooperation, exercises on muscle tension reducing, exercises on attention concentration, exercises on positive emotional microclimate creation, exercises-guides to theoretical or informational blocs, and exercises on group division, group rituals at the beginning or at the end of training. Methodical recommendations on organization and conduction of such thematical “rukhanky” (game-exercises) are generalized, their content and tasks during training activities being revealed.
