Abstract
The paper presents a number of tried-out organizational and pedagogical principles for providing pedagogical support for students with hearing impairments in inclusive and special education environment. The appropriate skills of teachers and teacher assistants, specific strategies for organizing the learning environment, functional support for teachers, multidisciplinary approach as a basis for effective teaching and learning. Taking into account the specific nature of pedagogical support as a special dimension of teaching, a targeted pedagogical approach was selected as a means to improve it. This approach involves mastering new teaching methods, strategies and techniques above to meet special educational needs of students with hearing impairments. Тhe specific nature of the work performed by teachers and teacher assistants, including their collaboration with special educators in teaching students with hearing impairments in inclusive settings.
