Abstract

The article reveals the current factors that influence the development of corporate training. The features of the present stage of development of corporate training in Ukrainian companies are analyzed. Proposals for the implementation in the corporate training system of innovative approaches and technologies, including: the implementation of post training support of participants, the use of interactive distance learning technologies, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies - business simulation and model of the organization of corporate training on a «distance course - training – post training support of participants» are given.
