Abstract
The article is devoted to the examining the topical issues of modernity about the creation of the system of normative social actions. These actions are manifested in the activities of the vulnerable teenagers in secondary schools, these acts are the opposite characteristics of antisocial behavior. The authors reflect scientific heritage, define features of adolescence, the essence of the concept «vulnerable teenagers» and outline the targets of the formation of prosocial behavior. In the auhors’ spotlight are socio-political factors which complicating the issue of vulnerability of the population in different age categories, especially adolescents 11–15 years old. Furthermore, researchers clarify the terminological peculiar properties of the concept of vulnerability from the point of view of psychology and the Ukrainian legal base, as well as they determine the importance of prosocial behavior of vulnerable teenagers – students of secondary schools. According to scientists, the main objective of the formation of prosocial behavior of the vulnerable teenagers is the facilitating the development of their qualities of prosocial personality, for example, empathy, kindness, tolerance, credibility, reflexivity, spiritual sensitivity, altruistically, but also promoting participation of vulnerable young people in socially significant activities.
