Abstract
The results of the empirical and analytical study of the state of training the subjects of CEI management to follow the state standards of secondary education were covered; the essence of the concept "organization tool", its types, ways to implement in the secondary schools activities were considered. The scientifically specified theoretical foundations of the introduction of the SSCSE that integrate two parts: theoretical and applied ones are presented. The theoretical part includes scientific approaches, principles, and concepts of implementing organization tools to follow SSCSE. The applied component comprises the classification of the priority organization tools, conditions of implementation, evaluation criteria and technology of the readiness the inner-school subject of management to implement organizational tools so that to follow SSCSE. For each component (theoretical and applied ones), a system of parameters was developed; their integration reveals their essence and allows evaluation of the state of efficiency of their implementation in CEI heads’ practice. The practical significance of the results is empirical and analytical study of training the inner-school subjects for the implementation of SSCSE and the conditions that are necessary to promote their efficiency (social, educational and methodical, logistical ones), the technology of the assessment of subjects' readiness to apply organization tools for the purpose of SSCSE implementation.
