Abstract
The article analyzes the normative component on quality of the higher education: The law of Ukraine "About the higher education", standards and recommendations about ensuring quality in the European space of the higher education, the National strategy development of education in Ukraine for the period till 2021. Need creation of "road map" and a quality management system according to requirements standards of the European association a quality assurance of the higher education is defined.
