Abstract
Sketches of the personal life-designing theory are presented in the article. The personality is considered as a mutual configuration process of identification, autonomization, dialogization and practicing processes. Among the ways of life-designing optimization the ability to optimize creation of the life world, to overcome crisis situations constructively, to make the weighed life-choices, to realize own claims, to set adequate life tasks and to transform certain behavioral manifestations to social-psychological practices by giving them the frequency, the collectivity, the community are defined.
