Abstract

The problem of continuous artistic and pedagogical education in modern sociocultural context is analyzed in the article. It has been established that lifelong learning ability of teachers and teachers of art aquires significant importance due to the dynamic changes. It has been proved that the effectiveness of continuous artistic and pedagogical education in Ukraine becomes possible on the conditions of interconnection and complementarity of formal, non-formal and informal education, providing training of art specialists with an innovative type of thinking, artistic and professional culture, with a commitment to artistic and creative innovation activity.
