Abstract

Innovative substance of the modern school administrator training on cross-cultural education worked out and implemented within the framework of the International Ukrainian-Polish project «Leaders of Educational Initiatives» is given in the article. The program of course presents rich in content basis models of forming and increase of sociocultural constituent of functional competence of leaders of general educational establishments, can be used in the different forms of scientifically-methodical work and system of in-plant training.
