Abstract

The article found that the educational industry in Ukraine in the 20-ies. In the past century, in particular, the approaches to the organization of childhood were updated in the mainstream of the European trends in the protection of childhood (both normal and defective) and on the basis of the combined efforts of teachers and physicians due to objective social factors - the existence of a large number of orphans and street children, Crime. Positive manifestations of a differentiated approach to the organization of childhood are singled out.
