Abstract
In the article the ideas of V. Suchomlinsky on the ways oi forming for future citizens cultures of necessities, to which teacher attributed the education of realized, accepted by personality aspiration to prevailing in its life the spiritual necessities above material, different activity as method оi self-realization and satisfaction of its necessities and inte-rests, altruism interpretation of personality freedomof, love to the people as a source of gladness from service for othei people are reflected. Convergences of leading ethic and educational looks oi the Ukrainian teacher on education of necessities of person with anthropological points of view of famous humanist: (philosophers, psychologists, sociologists) of the world - J.Bodriar, E.L. Thorndike, V.Francle, E.Fromm, K.Yaspers are outlined.
