Abstract
The attention is focused on the professional development of scientific and pedagogical worker as its entry into professional – the system practically-oriented forms of intelligence («real-world» intelligence) (Emotional (Emotional Intelligence - EQ), Cultural (Cultural Intelligence - CQ), practical (Practical Intelligence - PQ) and social (social Intelligence - SQ)) as abilities associated with important professional and personal spheres of life creation teacher. The article reveals the essence practically-oriented forms of intelligence. The article describes the main idea, hypothesis professional development of teaching staff as an attributive characteristics of socio-economic transformation in terms of the knowledge economy identified risk factors and their prevention.
