Abstract

The article shown the necessity to train heads of support schools and their branches for the process of optimizing of the educational institutions network in connection with the modernization process, taking place in the education system of local government in rural areas. The project "Moderation of scientific and methodological support for the reform of education in the context of decentralization" is presented by Mykolaiv In-Service Teachers Training Institute.
