Abstract
The author singled out and analyzed the features of human resources management in the German transnational corporation BMW Group. The main ones are grouped in three blocks: 1) human resource management philosophy, 2) human resource management strategy, 3) human resource management tactics. The main component of the philosophy of the human resources management in the BMW Group is the observance of such principles as innovation, the ability to cooperate, flexibility, transparency, which ensures corporation sustainability, entrepreneurial independence, the possibility of long-term and profitable growth and opens up new market segments for the products. The main component of the human resources management strategy in the BMW Group is the maintenance of corporate social responsibility and corporate culture - in order to be successful in the future, to be able to maintain workplaces in the long term. The main components of the human resources management tactics in the BMW Group are the system of measures aimed at improving the quality of working life (ergonomically comfortable working places, flexible work schedule, health protection and health control, pension provision etc.), on the organization of the systemic process of continuous education, training and development of staff, to address gender issues etc.
