Abstract

Today, at all levels, it is said that it is not the person "knowing" that can be successful in the modern world, but the person "able", that is, Competent and creative. Therefore, the main asset of such a person is his 81 creative potential - a combination of creative resources, natural and social forces, which characterizes the extent of his ability to effectively perform creative activity, as well as the subjective need for creative self-realization and self-development.
