Abstract
Approaches to social interaction are discussed in the context of social psychological support for educational and social reforms. Key elements of definition of social interaction are defined as dialog, exchange, and consensus. Exchange of thoughts and ideas is considered as a process that provides a dialog of the parties during which they come to consensus. Analysis of the methods shows that there are two groups of methods, depending on the definition of interaction – as communication or activity, and their use – research methods or modeling methods. Social psychological methods to be used in organization of interaction in order to involve all interested parties to the social dialog, such as group discussion, consensus method, empowerment, participation action research.
