Abstract

In the article the magazine pedagogical subjects in the time between 1860 to 1923 ( "Journal of еducation", "Journal of the Ministry of National Enlightenment," "Narodnoe Education", "Education", "Path Enlightenment", "Russian school", "Teaching collections of" "teaching piece (for parents and vospytateley)") to identify materials on training and education of children with special needs. Established in designated period focus on domestic and foreign educational periodicals given to training and education (the terms of the time) deaf, blind, deafblind, abnormal, overcoming stuttering and psychological characteristics of children.
