Abstract
The urgency of the use of socio-reconstructivist approach to vocational training of specialists. The author establishes the necessity of using social and reconstructivist approach based on the integration of sociocultural and competency approaches. The implementation of its main idea - the transformation of social objects in accordance with the new principles in accordance with the requirements of the times are updated by the reconstruction of the future experts of competencies and skilled workers, the development of their ability to converting activity in the workplace. It leads to a constant renewal of the educational and qualification characteristics, advanced the development of educational standards or updating them. Allocated principles of realization this approach, provides examples of the use of personally developing training technologies and lit the procedure of their design, which consists of individual constructs. Described the technology of development of critical thinking through innovative modes. Applying the social and Reconstructionist approach ensures the formation of competitive human capital, modeling of vocational training in scientific categories of "professional culture" and "professional competence" as an indicator of the high level training of specialists and skilled workers for a particular branch of production, promote the development of achievements and progressive traditions in the field of domestic professional pedagogy.
