Abstract
The concept of marketing knowledge and educational services as reasonably approach to the organization of marketing activities, based on the basic idea of effective marketing strategies and specific toolkit providing educational services for the professional development of specialists of the new Ukrainian school. Marketing of educational needs and requirements identified as a cyclical process that accompanies all stages mizhkursovoho period and includes the planning, creation of conditions for learning, mizhkursovoho own learning during the period of evaluation, correction, reflection. The study examined educational needs based on predictive functional model of professional competence of experts.
