Abstract

This article analyzes the organizational form of studies, which are used in the professional training of culinary profile. Distinguished features out-of-school and outside educational organizational forms of training of future, cook-confectioner. Proved the expediency of use of innovative forms creative development of future professionals in the culinary profile during vocational training.
