Abstract

This is a second book in the series of collections of scientific papers dedicated to the problem of psychological assistance given to traumatic event victims. Unlike the previous book, this one focuses mainly on different aspects of the therapist-client relationship, therapy effectiveness factors and productive therapy models for different categories of victims. Some works in this book also deal with the theoretical and practical issues of psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic therapy, personal development and addicts' rehabilitation. The book is meant for specialists in the field of counseling psychology and psychotherapy, both academics and practitioners, students and PhD students, and all those interested in giving psychological, psychotherapeutical and rehabilitation services to trauma victims.
