Abstract
This paper examines the philosophical understanding of the dialectics of the national higher education in the context of European integration processes and paradigms of National Education of Ukraine. This is due to the search for new training paradigm to human life, which would ensure not only adaptive man's relation to reality, but also the development in accordance with the man-life measurement. The basis of this paradigm is the higher education that develops as a response to the challenges of civilization and in accordance with human needs to find a suitable place and the possibility of self-realization in the new global environment. Fundamental philosophical issues and overall culture are discussed in relation to adaptation of Ukrainian higher education to the needs of our time. The proposed approach in relation to the creation of modular education system. The effectiveness of education should be determined by the ability and willingness to self-identity.
