Abstract

An attempt to understand the psychological achievements of the Ukrainian diaspora in the XX century Diaspora to their being diversifies and enriches the Ukrainian presence in the world, as well as providing all possible assistance to their historical homeland. Setting up, expanding and strengthening relations with the Ukrainian diaspora - the primary task of the Ukrainians. This applies to the intellectual, political and economic potential of the Diaspora. It sets the scope of the Ukrainian diaspora scientists and their scientific works that require in-depth study (A. Kolessa, A. Kulchitskay, I. Mirchuk, I. Ogienko, R. Trach, B. Zimbalist, D. Chizhevsky, M. Shlemkevich, V. Yanov, J. Yarema, etc.), Establishes a list of scientific, educational institutions and agencies related to the formation and development of Ukrainian scientific thought in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia ~ Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute (USA), Ukrainian Free University (Germany), Ukrainian High Pedagogical University Drahomanov and Ukrainian economic academy (Czechoslovakia), Ukrainian Free Academy of Sciences (UVAN), Scientific Society of Taras Shevchenko. Titanic work of Ukrainians abroad is still without a proper scientific understanding of the psychological, not to mention the need for a generalization of the presently known these views. Ukrainian nation passes difficult stage of self-affirmation in the world and an understanding of their own achievements, will be the key to the revival of the Ukrainian spirit of the nation. We hope that in the near future, the thesis that “I am a Ukrainian” will feature strong, independent state.
