Abstract
The program of correctional and developmental work Speech Development for the 5-9 grade special secondary schools for children with developmental delay proposed content and expected results of correctional and developmental work on development: linguistic and psychological prerequisites of speaking and communication; oral coherent speech; written coherent speech; reading (literary) activities; deliberated communication and communicative regulation. Implementation of the programs will contribute to the empowerment of oral and written coherent speech, reading activity and the formation of key communicative competence by introducing innovative content and modern scientific and methodological approaches (systemic, competence, psycholinguistic, neuropsychological, personality, communicative and hermeneutic) implementing remedial developmental work with pupils the basic education level of developmental delay. Applications addressed to teachers, speech therapists, teachers, pathologists different types of educational institutions, students attending a developmental delay, science teachers of universities, university students, all of whom are interested in the problem of speech communication and the formation of deliberated communication and communication regulation in this category of children.
