Abstract
In the article the problem of aesthetic experience аrt teacher of higher pedagogical educational institution as a basis of artistic and creative activity, which is the basis of artistic creativity. Іn the aesthetic experience of teaching fine arts high school, we understand continuous personal, professional and spiritual growth as its creator, media and broadcaster universal and national culture in its artistic and aesthetic manifestation, conscious cultural mission of education and their future profession. Teacher of fine art with a strong aesthetic experience is able to effectively affect the aesthetic tastes, ideals, needs, interests, aesthetic preferences of students, their ability to aesthetically perceive and distinguish beautiful from ugly in reality and in art, to design future pedagogical activities in accordance with cultural, artistic, aesthetic, spiritual values. Determined that the aesthetic experience gained teacher of fine art is the result of previous artistic and creative activity and the start of follow-up, and learned patterns and aesthetic norms materialize in activities, becoming internal environment that defines its own requirements of fine arts teachers to themselves and others.
