Abstract
In the article the actual problem of aesthetic experience as a teacher of fine arts internal call to his perception, understanding of beauty in the environment, labor, art, relationships in one's own artistic and pedagogical activities on the basis of values and aesthetic requirements. Proved his emotional and sensual basis that significantly affect the nature and quality of teacher professional artist. Solved dialogical relationship between aesthetic emotions and aesthetic feelings as the basis of emotional sensitivity that awakens the desire for beauty, regulates the activity of the teacher of Fine Arts in sensory and rational dimensions. Determined that the acquired aesthetic experience is the result of past performance and starting point of the next, and learned patterns and aesthetic norms materialize in activities, becoming internal environment that defines its own requirements Art teacher to himself and others. Proved that the aesthetic experience of the teacher-artist is an inner experience that he is experiencing, it attracts to human emotions, has a spiritual and practical relation to reality, creates aesthetically ability to perceive and evaluate the phenomena of life and art, evokes receptivity to beauty, stimulates the ability to turn around world and himself by the laws of beauty.
