Abstract

Entry humanity in an innovative type of progress and transition to an information society necessitate reform of the main areas of public life, which include, in particular, higher education. The basis of the restructuring is becoming Holistic Paradigm Education, which pereoriyentovuyuchy educational processes in the development of essential powers and creativity of man, brings focus to the "technical" aspects of pedagogy knowledge on culture-and lyudynotvorchi aspects of humanist pedagogy, the purpose of which is the formation of personality, "not only consuming cultural values, but also multiplies them as individual self-worth and purpose, not as a means of social development ".
